How the Main Packing Materials Are Used
Different materials serve different purposes. Proper layering improves protection during loading, transportation and unloading.
Corrugated Roll
Corrugated roll provides a protective outer layer around furniture, appliances, cartons and other suitable items. The calculator estimates the required roll length according to the selected dimensions and the most efficient wrapping orientation.
Bubble Sheet
Bubble sheet helps cushion surfaces and reduce the effect of minor impacts and rubbing during handling. It is particularly useful for glass, appliances, decorative items and fragile surfaces.
Packing Tape
Packing tape is used to secure seams, overlaps and protective layers. Extra reinforcement may be required around corners, joints and high-contact areas.
Stretch Film
Stretch film is commonly used as an outer securing layer. It helps hold protective materials together and provides additional protection against dust and handling exposure.
Professional Packing Method
A practical packing sequence helps maintain protection while keeping the packed item secure during transportation.
Prepare the Item
Clean the surface and remove or secure loose components before beginning the wrapping process.
Add Cushioning
Use bubble sheet or suitable cushioning around vulnerable surfaces, edges and corners.
Apply Corrugated Protection
Wrap the item with suitable corrugated material and maintain sufficient overlap at the joints.
Secure the Package
Seal and reinforce the wrapping with tape and finish with stretch film where appropriate.
